I would suggest that you go to a location were Two sisters the label is sold so you can try their sizing as I am not convinced that their size guide is accurate. In my opinion Kylie’s dedication to customer care deserves recognition. I received the dress that has minor fault, I reached out to them (thank you Nicole and Natalie!) Outside of business hours. They refuse to issue you a refund even when you have purchased countless items with your ‘store credit’ and paid so much shipping from them. BUY NOW, PAY LATER. We are very transparent with our return policy online and customers are required to tick that they have read and agreed to our return policy before placing an order. The dresses I received were of poor quality, dont buy from them, overpriced, and the fit is bad, the fabric is terrible, i can find better fitted clothes and fabric at h&m and dotti. Extremely rude customer service. In total I had 3 chats in the space of 30 minutes and each time was connected with Kylie. Not tight but contouring the body like clothing should. They tried to use this information to discredit the issues I had with the gown. We have a guide online, on how to measure. Will definitely be my go to shop ❤️. For those that do not know already this company refuses to provide full refunds and will only provide you with a credit so you are stuck and obligated to buy another garment with them, even if you don't want to which I didn't.So why don't I just return the dress? Once a sales was on, I decided to use it otherwise my money would be wasted then I have been advised that my store credit could only be used on FULL PRICE ITEMS. Secondly, their dress quality exceeds even what they appear to be on the website, the stitching, the lining, AND the design!!! So what a great it is to actually find a label that can design from my size 6 to one of my best friends size, which is a 20!! This dress does not disappoint . Because they deserve it so much! Ordered two dresses from here that are significantly smaller than their measurements state on the website. The second time I tried to wear my dress the zipper completely stopped working and they refuse to refund or replace the dress because it is outside of their 14 day returns policy. This dress also fits perfectly. If measurements are as listed, this will be considered as a change of mind which will be issued as a store credit. They’re now refusing me a refund but have since agreed to ‘review’ the dresses and sounds like they may only offer a store credit, if anything.
